Sounds basically identical to my first time with a glitched chest. I've gotten two glitched chests so far, both on a rainbow run... My first and only glitched chest was on the first floor so I had the crossbow, starting pistol, and I think it was zombie bullets. Needless to say, I got fucked up.I got a brown glitch chest after a room was cleared today on 3/04/2018.
