Alot of people say only use POPO fluid for the front diff which is BS. Amsoil recommends their snowmobile chaincase lube. Demad Drive is a pretty specialized oil for the hilliard clutch that engages the front axle, and it's very thin. If memory serves me, it's around 44 ounces. The front uses Demand Drive fluid.....somewhere around 9 ounces. I don't own a 900 Ranger, so don't take my guesses on the capacity as gospel. Just fill it until it begins to run out of the fill port and you'll be fine. Real close, 6.75 in front and 44 in rear.
